Shipping & Handling Policy  

Domestic Shipping - Our products are individually packed in Honolulu, Hawai'i, and will be shipped to destinations in both the United States and internationally using U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail, Priority International Mail, or by the best available carrier. Shipping is FREE for domestic orders over $100, and international orders over $200. Orders customarily ship within one business day of purchase, and tracking will be provided. Gift items may require two business days to ship out, but rush orders can be placed/requested by contacting info@amsnaturals.com. Shipping is calculated during Checkout.

International Shipping - Our store will ship to international destinations. Please reference shipping price and time estimate information during Checkout. Please note that due to customs, fraud, and different postal systems worldwide, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to destinations that we feel have a high risk of loss.

Return & Cancellation Policy  

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If for some reason you need to return an item, we will gladly accept your order back for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be mailed back to us in new condition, unsealed, and must arrive 30 days from the receipt of your purchase. A returned item received in non-sellable condition may be denied a refund, or will be subject to a restocking fee. Once we receive the returned item we will process your return immediately and refund the item amount. We will not be able to refund the original shipping cost. If you wish to return an item to AMS Naturals, please contact us beforehand so we can expect your return and provide you with the address of our Returns and Refunds Division at.
